1. What is Aitarget
Aitarget is Evido's platform for advertising on social media. It combines financial infrastructure — one balance for all ad platforms — with adtech tools that support your campaign work.
Important: Aitarget is not a replacement for TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager. It is the layer around them. You cannot advertise through Evido without it.
Available ad platforms
The list may change. The current version is always on the platform.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- TikTok
- Telegram
- Snapchat
- X
How the two parts fit together
In Aitarget you:
- open ad accounts
- pay for advertising
- distribute money between platforms
- move budget from one platform to another
- see analytics across all your campaigns
- use additional tools (policy checks and more)
- contact support
In the ad platform's own interface (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) you:
- create campaigns
- set targeting
- upload creative
- run optimization
- check day-to-day campaign performance
In short: money, accounts, and services live in Aitarget. Campaign setup lives on the platform.
What this looks like in practice
- You register in Aitarget.
- You request an ad account — for example, TikTok. We open it for you.
- You top up your balance in Aitarget and assign money to that TikTok account.
- You log in to TikTok Ads Manager and build your campaign there.
- Your campaign spends the budget you assigned.
- When you need more budget, a new account, another platform, or your cross-platform analytics — you come back to Aitarget.
You will return to Aitarget regularly. Every financial operation and every additional service goes through it. But the campaigns themselves are always built in the ad platform's own interface.
How you work with Aitarget: the service model
Aitarget is a self-serve platform. This means:
You run your own campaigns. Setup, targeting, creative, optimization — that stays with you or your team, in the ad platform's interface. We do not run campaigns for you.
We handle the infrastructure. Accounts, payments, balances, technical issues, platform escalations.
You get tools, not manual work. Guides, forecasts, policy checks, and audits are built into the platform instead of being delivered by a manager.
This is why our commission is lower than an agency's.
Two layers in one platform
Financial infrastructure. One balance, multiple platforms. You add money once, then distribute it wherever you need. No separate payment method per platform, no separate invoices, no currency conversion for each one.
Adtech tools. A growing set of products that support campaign work:
- Analytics — performance across all your platforms in one view, instead of checking each ad platform separately.
- AdScan — checks your creative against platform policies before you launch, so you know the approval odds and what to fix.
- Telegram Insider — a tool for placing sponsored ads in Telegram channels (seeding), with deep AI-powered analytics for finding and evaluating the right channels.
- Aitarget API — for larger clients and agencies managing accounts at scale: create and monitor ad accounts, move funds, pull transaction history, and get real-time status updates via webhooks
- More tools are in development.
The idea is simple: money and tools in one place, so you don't switch between systems to keep one campaign running.
How this differs from working with ad platforms directly
Normally, you set up an account on each platform separately: your own payment card, your own billing settings, your own support requests. With several platforms, that means several parallel systems.
Campaign setup stays the same in both cases — you do it in the ad platform's interface.
2. Your first launch: the full path
Getting your first campaign running takes four steps in Aitarget, plus the campaign itself in the ad platform's interface. The whole thing usually takes 1–2 business days, most of which is waiting for approvals.
Before you start: three things to know
1. The minimum first deposit is $500 (or €500).
If your monthly budget is smaller than that, the platform will suggest working through a partner instead. Check this before you spend time on registration.
2. You choose your payment method once, and it cannot be changed.
Card or bank transfer — pick carefully. More on how to choose in Section 7.
3. Topping up your wallet is not the same as funding your ad account.
These are two separate actions. Money lands in your Aitarget wallet first. Then you move it to a specific ad account yourself. Skip that second step and your campaign has no budget to spend.
The four steps
Step 1 — Register
Create your account, add your company details, tell us your budget range and which platforms you plan to use.
Time: about 10 minutes
Result: you have an Aitarget account and see the dashboard
→ Section 3
Step 2 — Apply for an ad account
Choose your platform (TikTok, Meta, Telegram, Google) and fill out the application. We open the account for you on that platform.
Time: 10 minutes to apply, up to 1 business day for review
Result: you have a live ad account on your chosen platform
→ Section 6
⚠️ Make sure your website or channel link works and is active before you apply. A dead link is the most common reason applications get rejected.
Step 3 — Top up your Aitarget wallet
Choose your payment method, pay, and wait for the funds to arrive.
Time: instant by card, up to 3 business days by bank transfer
Result: your Aitarget wallet has a balance
→ Section 7
⚠️ The amount you pay may be more than $500. The $500 minimum is for the Aitarget platform. On top of it you pay a platform fee and a payment processing fee. Also some platforms such as Telegram have their own minimum, higher than $500. The full breakdown is in Section 8.
Step 4 — Allocate budget to your ad account
Go to Finance → Allocate budget. Choose where the money comes from (your wallet) and where it goes (your ad account). Enter the amount and transfer.
Time: a few minutes
Result: your ad account has budget and is ready to spend
→ Section 9
Step 5 — Build your campaign
Log in to the ad platform's own interface — TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and so on. Create your campaign there: targeting, creative, budget, schedule.
This part does not happen in Aitarget. See the Platform Starter Guide for your platform.
Where the money sits at each stage
Money in your wallet is not money in your ad account.
When you come back to Aitarget
Registration is a one-time thing. But you will return regularly for:
- topping up your wallet
- allocating budget to ad accounts
- moving budget between platforms
- tracking your cashback
- opening new ad accounts
- cross-platform analytics
- invoices and transaction history
- support
Campaign work stays in the ad platform. Everything financial and administrative stays here.
3. Registration
Registration takes about 10 minutes. You fill out three short forms: your account details, your company details, and your budget and platforms. No documents are needed at this stage.
Before you start
Have these ready:
- a work email address
- your phone number
- your company's official name (or sole proprietor name)
- your company's legal address
- a link to your website, or to your Telegram channel, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok page
Step 1 — Start registration
Go to the Aitarget website and click Sign up in the top right corner.

Step 2 — Create your account
Fill out the Create your Aitarget account form:
_converted.webp)
⚠️ Country means the country where your business is registered. Not the country where your ads will run. You choose your ad targeting country later, separately, for each ad account.
Step 3 — Accept the terms
Tick the checkbox to accept the terms of use and privacy policy. Both documents are linked — you can open and read them before agreeing.
Then click Get started.
⚠️ The Get started button will not work until the checkbox is ticked. If the form seems stuck, this is usually why.
Step 4 — Tell us about your company
On the Tell us a little about your company screen, fill in:
_converted.webp)
No website? Use a link to your Telegram channel, Instagram, Facebook page, or TikTok profile instead. Any of these works.
You can change this information later in your account settings.
Step 5 — Budget and platforms
The last screen — One last step and we're ready to go!
Monthly ad budget. Select the range that matches what you usually spend per month.
⚠️ The minimum first deposit is $500 (or €500). If your budget is below that, the platform will show a notice and offer to redirect you to a partner's site. This is a hard threshold — worth checking before you go further.
Platforms. Select the ad platforms you plan to use. You can pick more than one.
_converted.webp)
How did you hear about us? Optional — you can skip it.
Click Finish setup.
Step 6 — You're in
You'll land on your dashboard: Welcome to Aitarget, with a Where to start? block showing your next three steps.
_converted.webp)
Your next step is applying for an ad account → Section 6.
About verification
New clients go through a check before campaigns can start. This is standard and applies to everyone.
What we check. Your company details, your website or channel, and the type of business you advertise. The goal is to make sure your account won't run into problems with the ad platforms later.
How long it takes. Usually up to one business day.
What you need to do. First, submit an ad account application → Section 6. Verification happens once that application is submitted and approved — nothing else required on your side, as long as your details are accurate and your website or channel link works.
⚠️ At this stage, you apply for one ad account on one platform. The platforms you selected during registration are just your initial picks — after your first payment, you'll be in the full tool, where you can apply for additional platforms and accounts.
If registration or verification goes wrong
The form won't submit. Check the consent checkbox. Check that all required fields are filled.
You didn't get a confirmation email. Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact support through the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
Your budget is below $500. The platform will offer a partner option. You can also contact support to discuss it.
Verification was rejected. You will find the reason on the platform. The most common reasons are a broken or inactive website link or information that does not match your registration documents. In most cases, you can fix the issue and reapply.
4. Logging in and account access
Log in with the email and password you used at registration. If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes.
Logging in
- Go to the Aitarget website
- Click Log in in the top right corner
- Enter the email you registered with
- Enter your password
- Click Log in
You'll land on your dashboard.
Error message: "Email or password is incorrect." Check both fields. If you're sure the email is right, reset your password.
Not registered yet? There's a link to the registration screen from here → Section 3.
Need help? The Chat with us button on the login screen opens a live chat. You don't need to be logged in to use it.
If you forgot your password
- On the login screen, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email you registered with
- Click to continue
If the email is found, we send you a reset link.
If it isn't, you'll see an error. That means the address isn't in our system — check for typos, or try another address you might have used. Still stuck? Use the chat.
- Open the link in the email
- Set a new password and save it
Your password is updated. Log in with the new one.
No email? Check your spam folder first.
Changing your password while logged in
If you remember your password and just want to change it:
- Click your name in the top right corner
- Select Change password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password twice
- Save
If the current password is wrong, or the two new ones don't match, you'll see an error. Nothing is saved until all three fields are correct.
Changing the email you log in with
You cannot change your registration email yourself. It requires a written request from your current registered address → Section 5.
Worth doing before you lose access to that address.
Keep your login details private
Do not share your username and password with anyone — including contractors, freelancers, or agency partners.
This matters more than it sounds. Under our terms of service, every action taken with your credentials counts as an action taken by you. If someone else logs in and moves money, opens an account, or changes settings, that is treated as your decision. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support
Giving someone else access to your ads
If you work with a contractor or agency, you don't need to hand over your Aitarget login. Access to ad campaigns is granted inside the ad platform's own interface — TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and so on.
That way they can run campaigns without touching your money, your invoices, or your account settings.
For some platforms, you specify who gets access when you apply for the ad account → Section 6.
5. Platform structure and navigation
Everything in Aitarget sits in a left-hand menu with four main sections: Accounts, Analytics, Finance, and your profile. Campaign work is not here — it happens in the ad platform's interface.
The dashboard
This is what you see after logging in and completing onboarding.
Where to start. For new clients, a three-step checklist: apply for an ad account, top up your wallet, allocate budget. Steps tick off as you complete them.
Your wallet. Your current Aitarget balance, with a Top up wallet button.
Your accounts. Your ad accounts and their status — under review, active, or rejected.
_converted.webp)
The left-hand menu
Accounts
All your ad accounts across all platforms. From here you:
- see the status of each account
- see the balance on each account
- apply for a new ad account
→ Section 6
Analytics
Performance data from all your ad accounts in one view — spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM.
Available to clients with transactions on the account. Before your first top-up you'll see a preview with sample data.
→ Section 10
Finance
Everything to do with money. Five subsections:
→ Sections 7 and 9
Your profile
Top right corner. From here you can:
- change your password
- view and edit your company details
- log out
Transaction history
Finance → Transaction history shows every operation on your account.
Filter by date. This month, last month, all time, or a custom range. Default is all time.
Filter by operation type. Top-ups, budget allocations, cashback, and so on. You'll only see the types that actually occurred on your account. Default is all types.
Filter by platform and ad account. Pick one platform or several. Pick a specific ad account by name and ID.
Export to Excel. Whatever your filters show, you can download. The file includes: date, transaction name, ad account and platform (where applicable), and amount.
_converted.webp)
Before your first top-up, this screen shows sample transactions so you can see how it works.
Changing your profile details
Some things you can change yourself. Others need a written request, for security reasons.
What you can change yourself
- password → Section 4
- contact phone number
6. Opening ad accounts
You apply for an ad account inside Aitarget, and we open it for you on the platform. Review takes up to one business day. Each platform has its own form and its own required details.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 Nairobi time.
⚠️ Note the early finish. Applications submitted after 16:00 are reviewed the next business day.
Where to start
Accounts → Create an account → pick your platform.
Available: TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram, Google.
Before you apply: check your links
The single most common reason applications get rejected is a broken or inactive link.
Before you submit, confirm that:
- your website opens and works
- your Telegram channel or bot is live, not empty
- your app store link resolves
We check these links against the ad platform's policies. If we can't open them, we can't approve the application.
TikTok
The TikTok form has three steps.
Step 1 — Business Center
Connect your TikTok Business account (optional). If you connect it, you can pick your Business Center from a list instead of typing an ID, account creation is faster, and you get access to advanced features on the new account.
_converted.webp)
Business Center ID. The Business Center that will get access to your new ad account. Up to four at once. Digits only, exactly 19 of them.
Don't have one, or can't find the ID? Two guides are linked directly in the form:
- How to create a TikTok Business Center
- How to find your TikTok Business Center ID
Step 2 — Business details
⚠️ Agencies and contractors: enter the end advertiser's name, country, and documents — not your own. This applies to every field on this step.
⚠️ Three fields are permanent: time zone, country of registration, industry. There is no way to change them afterwards. Getting them wrong means opening a new account.
Document upload limits: up to 10 MB per file, in JPEG, PNG, JPG, or PDF.
Accepted business documents — any one of these:
- certificate of state registration
- extract from the trade register
- company license
- certificate of tax registration
Step 3 — What you're advertising
Creative upload limits: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP for images; MP4, MOV, MPEG, AVI for video. 500 MB total.
After you submit
You'll see a status on your Accounts screen. Four things can happen:
⚠️ Your application stays a draft until you press submit. Drafts don't appear in your list and nobody reviews them. If your application seems to have disappeared, it's probably still a draft.
To submit, you must have filled in the website and time zone.
⚠️ Approved but no account yet? If your profile onboarding isn't finished, the account is created automatically once you complete it. Nothing to do but finish the remaining steps.
⚠️ "Account is not ready yet" when you try to move money. The account is still being created on TikTok's side. Transfers unlock automatically once TikTok confirms. This is temporary.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
What you need
First account only: you can choose to have all incoming funds credited to this account automatically.
⚠️ You need your own Business Manager before you apply. If you don't have one, create it at business.facebook.com first — it takes about 10 minutes. See the Meta Starter Guide for the full walkthrough.
⚠️ If you enter a website different from the one you registered with, the application goes through an extra policy check. Expect it to take a bit longer.
_converted.webp)
After you submit
We check your website against Meta's advertising policies.
Approved — we create the ad account, share it with your Business Manager, and set up the payment method. You'll get an email.
Declined — you'll get an email listing which policy points the site doesn't meet. You can reply to that email with questions.
Once the account shows as created, it's ready to use.
Telegram
Choosing your account type
Telegram has two account types, and they work differently. Which one is available to you depends on where your business is registered.
Basic account is what's available everywhere else in Africa. It's the basic option: targeting by channel and interest only, destinations inside Telegram only (no external links), no pixel or conversion tracking, payment in TON crypto, and standard moderation without priority. It works for testing and reach while Euro isn't yet available in a market.
Advanced account is available in seven African markets: Kenya, Egypt, Ethiopia, Morocco, South Africa, Algeria, and Ghana. If you're in one of these — Kenya included — you get the full account: external links, pixel, conversion tracking, and the complete targeting set.
Pick before you fill out the form.
In short: Euro is closer to standard programmatic advertising. TON is closer to buying placements in specific channels.
_converted.webp)
What you need
After you submit
Review takes up to one business day, and you'll get an email at your registered address.
⚠️ The Telegram account is created after your first transfer, not at approval. Approval means we can proceed. The account itself gets set up once money reaches it.
Two options
You can connect an existing Google Ads account, or have us create a new one.
Connecting an existing account
Creating a new account
After you submit
Review takes up to one business day.
New account approved — an access invitation goes to the email you specified. Accept it to get into the account.
Existing account — a manager contacts you to finish the setup.
Applying for more accounts later
You can open as many ad accounts as you need. There's no limit.
Repeat applications work the same way, with two conveniences:
- fields you've filled before are offered as suggestions
- your previously entered Business Centers and Business Managers appear in a dropdown
For TikTok, repeat applications also skip a re-verification step if you've already had an account approved for the same Business Center.
Other platforms: Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Amazon Ads, OpenAI Ads
_converted.webp)
These become available once you're in the full tool — after registration and your first payment, you can request them directly from the platform dropdown, alongside TikTok, Meta, Telegram, and Google.
Since they're set up manually, one on one with our team.
How it works:
- Click Create an account and select the platform's icon
- A support manager contacts you via chat during business hours and asks for the details needed
- We create the account — it appears in the corresponding tab (e.g. "LinkedIn")
- Done — allocate budget and launch
⚠️ Because a manager needs to reach you first, this takes longer than TikTok, Meta, Telegram, or Google. Expect it to depend on when support is available, not a fixed one-day review.
7. Finance: what's in this section
Finance is where everything money-related lives — fees, invoices, transaction history, moving budget around, and cashback. Five tabs, each doing one job.
_converted.webp)
Financial terms
This is your reference tab for how each platform works financially. For every ad platform, you'll find:
- the fee for topping up that platform's ad account
- the minimum top-up, where one applies
- the cashback rate, if any, and how it's calculated
- step-by-step instructions for funding that specific platform
Currently covers nine platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Telegram Ads (Euro and TON accounts), Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, ChatGPT Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Check this tab before moving money to a platform you haven't used before — it tells you what to expect.
Invoices and payments
Create and track your invoices here.
To create a new invoice:
- Click Create an invoice
- Choose your currency — USD or EUR
- The platform shows you all applicable fees, so you see the full cost before committing
- Click Create a proforma invoice
Managing existing invoices. Each one shows its amount and creation date. From here you can download it, repeat it to create a new one with the same details, or delete it.
Cashback
My cashback only shows up if cashback is active for at least one of your platforms. If you don't see this tab, it just means it isn't relevant to your account yet.
You'll also see a quick view of this month's cashback right under your wallet balances on the dashboard — no need to open the Finance section just to check the number.
Rates and terms are set per platform. For the details on how your cashback is calculated → check Financial terms for your platform.
8. Payments in Kenya
We set up your billing to match what works for you. Depending on your currency and payment method, your invoice comes from our local Kenyan entity or our global hub in the UAE — either way, the payment process itself is straightforward.
How it works
We invoice you through whichever entity fits your setup:
Kenyan law allows local companies to hold foreign currency accounts, so our local entity can invoice you in USD as well as KES — you're not limited to shillings just because the entity is local.
Bank transfer is the standard method and works for every currency above. Card payment is available through the global hub if you need it, but it comes with acquiring fees of up to 10% on top — worth knowing if you're choosing between the two.
Prepayment or postpayment
Prepayment is how most clients work with us. Postpayment is available in some cases, depending on your account setup.
Prepayment (standard)
- We send you a proforma invoice — this is what you pay against
- You pay it
- Funds land in your Aitarget wallet
- At the end of the month, we send you a tax invoice reflecting what you actually spent
Why two documents: you may pay more upfront than you end up spending that month. The proforma invoice is for payment. The tax invoice — your closing document — reflects actual spend, not the amount you prepaid.
Postpayment (limited availability)
For clients with larger ad spend, postpayment can be arranged with your account manager. Instead of paying before you spend, you get a credit line — an agreed monthly limit you can spend against right away, and settle once a month against an invoice.
This isn't self-serve and isn't offered by default — talk to your account manager if your spend level might qualify.
If this applies to you, there's only one document: a tax invoice, issued after the fact, reflecting actual spend for the period. No proforma invoice, since you're not paying in advance.
Steps to pay
- Choose your currency and payment method during registration
- We issue you the relevant invoice — proforma for prepayment, tax invoice for postpayment
- Pay by bank transfer (or card, where available)
- Funds land in your Aitarget wallet — up to 3 business days for transfer, instant for card
VAT and service fee
Kenya's standard VAT rate is 16%, charged on top of your ad spend and our service fee.
The service fee depends on the platform. On some platforms — TikTok and Snapchat, for example — it can be 0%. On others it's higher. You'll see the exact rate for your selected platforms when you register, at the budget and platforms step.
You can reclaim VAT through your standard accounting process — the tax invoice you receive covers this.
How much you'll actually pay
$500 is the minimum to top up your Aitarget wallet — not a minimum per platform, and not something you spend all at once. Once it's in your wallet, you decide how to use it: split it across TikTok, Meta, Google, and so on, however you like, and take as long as you need to allocate it. The one exception is a platform with its own higher minimum — Telegram, for example — where that platform's threshold applies on top → Section 6.
Your invoice adds a few things on top of that $500:
- the service fee for your platform (0% on some, like TikTok and Snapchat — higher on others; shown when you register)
- VAT at 16%
- acquiring fees of up to 10%, if you pay by card
Things to watch for
⚠️ Card payments currently carry acquiring fees of up to 10%. This makes card a noticeably pricier option than bank transfer. Use it only if you specifically need the speed or don't have transfer set up.
⚠️ Bank transfer takes up to 3 business days. Factor this in if you're timing a launch.
⚠️ Your own bank may take a cut too. Some banks deduct a small fee when processing an outgoing transfer, separate from anything on our end. Account for this when you send payment.
⚠️ Check your currency before you commit. KES and USD route through the local entity; EUR and AED route through the UAE hub. Confirm which one matches what your business actually needs before your first payment.
9. Allocating budget to ad accounts
Once your wallet is funded, you decide how much goes to which ad account. You choose from, to, and how much — the platform shows you what will actually land on the other end, since fees can apply depending on the platform.
Where to do this
Two ways to get there:
- Finance → Allocate budget in the left-hand menu
- The Top up button next to any ad account in your Accounts list
Only clients with at least one transaction can allocate budget. This screen isn't available before your first payment.
How it works
You choose three things:
_converted.webp)
Based on what you pick, you'll see two numbers:
- Debited amount — what gets taken from the source
- Credited amount — what actually lands in the destination
These aren't always the same. Depending on the platforms involved, a fee may apply → see below.
You can move money in more ways than just wallet → account
- Wallet → ad account (the standard first step)
- Ad account → wallet (moving budget back)
- Ad account → a different ad account, including across platforms
So if you've over-funded TikTok and want to shift some of it to Meta, you don't need to route it back through your wallet first — you can transfer directly.
Fees when moving money
This is the part worth understanding before you move large amounts.
TikTok has no fee, in either direction. What you send is what arrives, and what you withdraw is what you get back.
Meta charges a fee when money moves onto the platform — and refunds that same fee when you withdraw. So if you fund a Meta account and later pull the money back out unused, you get the fee back too. It's not a fee you lose permanently; it only applies while the money sits on Meta.
Between two Meta accounts, no fee applies — it's a straight transfer.
Moving from Meta to TikTok: the fee is refunded on the way out of Meta, and nothing new is charged going into TikTok.
Moving from TikTok to Meta: no fee coming out of TikTok, but the standard Meta fee applies going in.
The exact fee rate depends on the platform and is shown to you before you confirm the transfer.
Minimum ad account top-up: $20
Why the available amount might be less than the balance
Ad platforms sometimes hold back part of your ad account balance to cover active campaigns that are already running, so nothing gets interrupted mid-flight. That reserved amount still gets spent on your ads — it just isn't available to withdraw or move elsewhere right now.
If you try to move more than what's actually available, you'll see an error and the transfer won't go through.
After you confirm
- You click Allocate (or the equivalent confirm button)
- The transfer processes in the background
- You'll see a confirmation once it's done
- The transaction appears in your history → Section 5 — first as "processing," then "ready." This is usually near-instant; in rare cases it takes 5–10 minutes.
A note on account status
Transfers only work with active ad accounts — not closed, blocked, or archived. If an account isn't in good standing on the platform side, you won't be able to move money to or from it until that's resolved.
10. Analytics
Analytics pulls performance data from all your ad accounts into one place — no need to check each platform separately. It's free for every client with at least one transaction, and it lives in the Analytics section of the left-hand menu
Two tabs: Dashboards and Reports
Dashboards give you a quick overview — spend, clicks, impressions, reach, conversions, all in one view.
Reports are for deeper analysis — build a table or chart with exactly the metrics, filters, and grouping you want.
You can move between them anytime from the Analytics menu.
Before your first payment
If you haven't made a transaction yet, you'll see a preview page with sample data — so you know what the tool looks like before you're a client.
Your default dashboard
The first time you open Analytics, you land on a default dashboard with a fixed set of charts.
⚠️ If you have more than 10 ad accounts, only 10 show by default — the newest ones. To see the rest, use the account filter.
Next time you open Analytics, it takes you straight to the last dashboard you viewed.
Metrics
Currently available for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Levels of detail
You can view your data at five levels:
Pick the level using group by on a report.
Filtering your data
Both dashboards and reports support the same filters:
- Period — 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or a custom range. Default is 30 days.
- Platform — one, several, or all. Selecting "all" is the same as no filter.
- Ad account — one, several, or all. Select several to see each one broken out separately.
- Campaign, ad set, ad — narrow down to a specific level.
Time breakdown: by day, week, month, quarter, or year. Default is by day.
⚠️ Reach is only available broken down by day — this metric doesn't yet support weekly, monthly, or other groupings.
⚠️ Data is shown as of the end of yesterday. Today's activity isn't included yet.
Building a report
- Go to Reports and click to create a new one
- Give it a name (up to 35 characters) and a short description
- Click Create
- Add the metrics you want — for example, CPC, impressions, CTR, CPM, spend, clicks
- Apply filters — platform, account, campaign, ad set, ad
- Choose your time breakdown and grouping
- Click Save
From there, you can:
- Download to Excel — hover over the chart to find the download option, useful for ad-hoc analysis or sharing outside the platform
- Edit the name or description anytime
- Delete the report if you no longer need it
Building a dashboard
- Go to Dashboards and click to create a new one
- Give it a name (up to 35 characters) and a short description
- Click Create
- Add reports to it — existing ones, or create new ones on the spot via Add report
- Add as many reports as you want
Changes save instantly — there's no separate save step once the dashboard exists.
Deleting a report from a dashboard doesn't delete the report itself — it stays in your Reports catalog and on any other dashboard it's part of.
Deleting a dashboard (any except the default one) asks for confirmation first. Reports that were on it aren't deleted — they remain in your Reports catalog.
Browsing what you've built
Both Dashboards and Reports have a catalog view showing name, description, and last edited date for everything you've created.
11. Refunds, suspension, and termination
You can get your unused balance back, and you can end your agreement anytime with notice. We can also suspend or end service on our side — mainly for technical reasons or policy violations. Here's how each of these works.
Requesting a refund
To ask for your unused balance back, contact us through your client account.
⚠️ This only applies to unused funds. Money already spent on ads, or already sitting in an active ad account you're using, isn't part of this — this is specifically about balance you haven't allocated or spent.
We return unused funds within 30 days of your agreement ending.
Disputing a charge
If something on your account looks wrong — a charge, a fee, a deduction — you have 30 days from that charge to raise it with us. Reach out through your client account.
⚠️ After 30 days, charges are considered accepted. If you don't flag it within the window, we treat the service as delivered and accepted as billed. Worth checking your transaction history → Section 5 regularly rather than only at the end of the month.
Ending your agreement — your side
There's no minimum commitment.
- Email us at least 10 days before you want the agreement to end
- We process the closure
- Unused funds are returned within 30 days, minus any exceptions below
Suspension or termination — our side
We can pause or end service in two different situations, and they're not the same thing.
Temporary suspension. If there's a technical or technological issue, we may pause service until it's resolved. This isn't a penalty — it's operational, and service resumes once the issue is fixed.
Termination. We can end the agreement if you violate its terms, break the advertising rules of a platform you're using, or sell prohibited products or services.
How you'd find out. We notify you by email, at the address on your account. Termination takes effect either from the date you receive that notice, or from a date specified in it.
When a refund isn't possible
If an ad account gets blocked by the platform because of a serious violation of that platform's rules or policies, funds tied to that account may not be refundable.
⚠️ In that same situation, a $300 penalty may apply. This isn't standard — it applies specifically when the block happened because of a serious policy violation on your end, not for routine account issues.
This is why staying within each platform's advertising policies matters beyond just keeping your ads running — it protects your ability to get your money back too.
12. Terms of service: what clients need to know
Using Aitarget means you've accepted our terms — no separate signature needed. Here's what that actually involves, and what's expected of you as a client
How you accept the terms
You accept our terms of service the moment you do either of these:
- register on the platform
- make your first payment
You don't sign anything separately. Registering and paying means you've read and agreed to the terms.
If we update the terms
We can update our terms of service, including things like pricing, minimum payments, and how services are delivered.
How you'd find out. We post the change on the platform and notify you through your account or by email.
When it takes effect. 7 days after we publish it.
⚠️ If a change doesn't work for you, you can end your agreement rather than continue under the new terms → Section 11.
What's expected of you as a client
Use advertising the right way. Don't use ads on our platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory, and don't violate the advertising rules of the platform you're using or the rights of others — including intellectual property rights.
Keep the platform secure. Don't upload viruses or malware, and don't do anything that disrupts, damages, or overloads the platform or the ad platforms connected to it.
Protect your login. Already covered in detail → Section 4 — but worth repeating: actions taken with your credentials count as actions taken by you.
How we might contact you
By accepting the terms, you agree that we may reach out by email or phone — including the contact details you gave us at registration — to share information about our services.
Don't want that? You can unsubscribe anytime: use the unsubscribe option in any email we send, or email us directly to ask.
Your rights
- See your available balance at any time
